We've had some discussion recently about whether Part-time jobs with challenge and flexibility really exist.  I thought this one might be the ticket, with The Salthouse in Nunney, near Frome. Are you a great networker, brilliant organiser, excellent communicator and general all-round lovely person who is self-motivated and enthusiastic, loves meeting people and building relationships, and wants to work flexible hours to fit round other commitments?

We’re looking for someone who wants to build up the role and the hours over time – who will relish the challenge and the excitement of growing the job as the business grows. 

The key aims of the role will be to raise the profile of the Salthouse, bring more people through the doors, and build a sense of community among the people who visit and work here, as well as looking after the day-to-day running of the centre. Among other things this will involve attending business networking events, organising open events the Salthouse, building a presence using social media, and building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and potential customers.
